Our Mission is to equip local non-native speaking children to acquire an all-round mastery of the English language and collaborate with parents to build a conducive learning environment.
To achieve our mission, we adopt a progressive and comprehensive approach to course design, starting with a foundation in phonics to advanced abilities in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Our course director, Miss Gillian Gaston has extensive experience in developing learning programmes for the local community including previous roles as Language Instructor with HK Polytechnic University and expert phonics consultant in a local primary school.
To attain effectiveness, we set a limit of no more than four students per class for optimum personal attention. Students are assessed for their level of proficiency in order to be grouped optimally. We select our teachers based on relevant experience and professional English teaching qualifications, at least to certificate level TEFL/TESOL from an established university (our teachers’ profile is available on request).
We also provide seminars from time to time for parents and engage in informal discussions on how to help and encourage their children’s learning process.
